Meghan GraggMeghan Gragg

Meghan Gragg is a junior majoring in Global Studies and Middle East Studies from Franklin, Tennessee. Her main academic interests are how religion, politics, and language interacts, specifically how Islam and Arabic interact with different cultures and political structures around the world. With the help of the Elaine A. Evans Middle East Studies Scholarship, Meghan will be able to study abroad in the Fall in Morocco in the SIT Migration and Transnational Identity program. There she will be able to carry out an Independent Study Project about language in Rabat. When she returns, the scholarship will help her continue her studies, which will hopefully prepare her to be a competitive Fulbright applicant in the future.
